We had great conversations during the IODA World Café Session 5: Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions and OD. We explored how to refine your tools for diverse environments in this interactive session facilitated by myself, together with Isaac Selvaraj Peter.
After an earlier series of webinars on Hofstede, this time we delved into the 3rd and 4th cultural dimensions:
– Tough/Tender Dimension: How culture influences motivation & decision-making processes.
– Need for Certainty: Balancing structure, theory, and practice in OD.
