NABC Book presentation

It was great to do the book presentation and panel discussion, talking about intercultural management in Africa. It was during the back-to-business meeting, after the summer break, of the Netherlands-African Business Council (NABC), organized in Arnhem. The book, co-authored with Vasco Silva, is an inspiring case study of a Portuguese subsidiary in Angola that achieved a competitive edge through true confluence of cultural forms of leadership and organization.
