OD Approaches and other cultures

This is an article published by Alette Vonk, on organizational change in different cultural contexts: ‘OD Approaches and other cultures’ (OD Practitioner, vol 48, nr. 3, 2016). The article is based on known OD tools and the cultural dimensions of Prof. Geert Hofstede (with some examples from my practice in Ghana). I’ve asked feedback from ‘the old man himself’, as they would respectfully say in Ghana. The feedback was: “an excellent article”!

The OD Practitioner is the peer reviewed Journal of the Organization Development Network in the US. It doesn’t appear online but in case you want a copy of the article: do write me a mail and I can send it to you.
