It is a challenge to have organisations and people to work effectively. Even more so when the organisation is part of an international environment; which is often the case nowadays. It is well known that culture has a massive impact on these international work places and it has been proven that it’s not possible to simply transfer management techniques from one context to another, without changing their outcomes.
This blended Masterclass will help you to improve effectiveness and performance in a cross-cultural work place. A thorough understanding of the 6D model of cultural dimensions, and the skills to apply these dimensions to a great variety of situations, provides for a better performance in international teams, an adaptation of management techniques and a good balance between the standardization of HQ and the localization of the implementation.
The Masterclass is designed for managers, professionals and employees working in an international workplace. Since cultural differences work both ways, the training is made for both Ghanaians (or other African country nationals) as well as expats from different continents.

The Masterclass is a blended training course: it is a mix of online and offline (face to face) learning. The Masterclass consist of two phases of online training and one phase of face-to-face training of two days. Both phases of online training will start and end with a virtual meeting to get and keep everybody on board. During the rest of these weeks, the participant is free to follow the e-learning and do the exercises in his or her own time, while subgroups will be formed to execute assignments. The final tailor-made application to the practice of the participants, on the other hand, as well as practical skills training, is especially done in the face-to-face session in Accra, Ghana.
