Training in VR

Together with colleagues we’ve followed a cultural training by colleagues in Virtual Reality! Very interesting to give it a try. It takes some getting used to, but offers interesting possibilities, especially for dispersed teams. However the time available for an exercise is quite limited and has to be spaced carefully. For sensitive topics within the cultural sphere there’s nothing like the real face to face, of course.
